We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, it is not safe or appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate cancellation of your order and could put your health at risk.
All prescription-only medications are issued only following a clinical review by a qualified, registered prescriber. Submission of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription. We do not supply prescription medications without a valid prescription, and we do not accept prescriptions issued by third parties not affiliated with our service.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before each order. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is current and accurate.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged for that order.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of your prescription being approved by our pharmacist. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier's schedule and are not guaranteed by us.
We use discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive your order or that a safe delivery location is provided. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been dispensed and your medication prepared for dispatch. To cancel, please contact us immediately at our registered email address.
Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and standard pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined at the clinical review stage, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
The information provided through our service is for the purpose of facilitating a clinical consultation and does not constitute a replacement for a full face-to-face medical examination. Our service is supplementary and does not replace your relationship with your GP or primary healthcare provider.
We strongly recommend you inform your GP that you are using a weight loss medication service. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
Results from weight loss treatment vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
